About Indigo

Indigo has been serving Japanese food in Berawa since 2017, under Kyoto-trained chef Morita Shigehiko — a sushi and sashimi selection alongside yakimono cooked over charcoal. The room is small and deliberately plain: shoji-style doors, timeworn teak, indigo denim cushions.
